Este Programa es costeado con fondos federales del Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano Federal (HUD). Al solicitar la asistencia del Programa usted está declarando y certificando que la información que somete es verdadera y correcta. Someter información incorrecta para recibir los beneficios del Programa sabiendo que de otra manera no cualifica para recibirlos es un delito grave. Usted es responsable de evitar que personas no autorizadas usen su cuenta o su acceso.
